I can use some idioms:

Using idioms is a piece of cake .
He let the cat out of the bag, so there was no
   surprise.
She'd give her right arm to help me.
He put his foot in his mouth at the prom
   dinner.
The lost horse was found, and it was a
   sight for sore eyes.
That subject is a hot tamale, so we're not
   talking about it.
We are all gung-ho about the project.
It's on the tip of my tongue, but I'll remember

Suggested illustration: Find clip art of a person with an open mouth, that is someone who is clearly talking. Insert a "shout" (or a balloon) near the mouth that is empty. Label the picture with the expression, "It is on the tip of my tongue." Ask your friend what the expression means. If your friend is correct, say only, "I agree with you."
